All of our paellas are rendered at your location for up to two hours. They each include short grain calasparra rice, imported saffron, garlic, onion, red bell pepper & your choice of seafood, meats, and vegetables. Our 12" to 45" pans each produce highly authentic paellas which over the course of cooking, develop the highly desirable "soccarat" crust on the bottom of the dish. Treat your guests to a unique experience and an absolutely unforgettable meal. We are happy to offer salad and bread with your paella at $2 per guest.

We make YOUR paella in one of our traditional pans, then transfer it to a half size disposable pan and dress it. OR, you can take the pan it was cooked in and return it in a couple days. Two versions are available.

Select from any of our ingredients and create an original. Shrimp, scallops, mussels, mussel meat, clams, jumbo lump crab, snow crab claws, calamari, lobster, chicken, sausage and a wide variety of vegetables. Many clients create two smaller distinct paellas to give their guests variety. Or build a "half and half". We can split ingredients right down the middle of one pan.
How does it work?
We will arrive 2-1/2 hours prior to service to set up and begin cooking two hours prior to your preferred service time. Our paella sizes begin at 10 people and continue up to our largest pan serving 120 people. Multiple paellas are often ordered together for larger parties to accommodate differing tastes. Paellas can be ordered in increments of 5 people. Our chef(s) are happy to serve your guests or they may wish to dig in themselves. A chefs fee of $40 will be added to paellas of 25 or less people.
